1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using enarumusic's digital distribution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

enarumusic provides digital music distribution services to record labels and artists. Our platform enables the distribution of music content to various Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and other streaming platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute all content submitted through our platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content. By using our services, you grant enarumusic a non-exclusive license to distribute your content to the selected DSPs.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, promotes hate speech or violence, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. enarumusic reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Royalties & Payments

Royalty payments are processed according to the terms specified in your distribution agreement. Payment schedules and minimum thresholds apply as outlined in your account settings.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your content may be removed from DSPs according to their respective policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

enarumusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
